Candidates should be able to teach Psychology to Classes 11 – 12 as well as counsel students who need help with psychological problems. Pleasant personality, enthusiasm to teach and postgraduate qualifications from reputed universities in Psychology, and a Diploma in counseling are essential.
The candidate must have strong communication skills, empathy and a good understanding of child development and children’s issues.
